Important: Before watching any of these videos you should be logged into your WebMail account. To access your WebMail open a new browser and enter your www.yourdomainname.com.au/webmail and enter your email Username and Password. (This would have been provided to you when your website balance was paid off in full. If you have lost this information please contact us to recover it before proceeding.)

Note to Spring CMS clients: To setup and manage your eMail accounts you must contact us and request this to be set up for you.

Managing eMail Accounts

Add a new email account. Manage the existing email accounts. Increase your email account capacities (this step is required when emails you should be receiving don’t arrive in your inbox).

Clearing Old eMails

Simply use the information above to log in to your eMail account and when you delete a message from WebMail, it’s deleted for good. This method of deleting eMails is better than from your personal machine (handheld device) as it creates space on your hosting account.
